G2O Spa + Salon

From day one of going into this spa I was greeted by Dave treated very special all of my needs were taken care of. The staff is professional, respectful and ensure that you have a wonderful time. I love feeling more relaxed than when I came in I so appreciate the staff taking that extra time to make sure that my needs were mad and that I was okay this is what service should look like 365 days out the year

Received the Signature facial with Sasha. She is obviously knowledgeable, skilled and experienced in her technique. But she left the room for a large chunk of time because she thought I was asleep(she told me as much when she came back!!!) I still had product on my face so I couldn’t really move, but became uncomfortable on the table - too warm, no neck pillow/towel support. As a professional working in spas, I’ve NEVER just left a client in the room alone unless to quickly grab a product needed for the service. I was fairly surprised by this, and let down. Like most spa guests I love a good scalp and/or hand massage while the product sets. Sadly this was literally ignored because she wasn’t in the room. I gifted my best friend a facial service for her birthday, and I called to make sure we’d start and finish at the same time. Her appt began about 30 min late, so I had to wait for her and we didn’t get to relax together in the spa, which was the whole point of a girls spa day. Instead we had to rush to leave and make a dinner reservation. It just seemed all very disorganized and a lack of caring. For a luxury spa and the price, I was unpleasantly surprised.

I have been seen stylist Amy for about a year now. I am new to dying and really wanted to explore what might be a good look for me. Amy has been absolutely amazing on this journey! I see her every few months, we've done balayage in the spring, and single process color and gloss. Amy has given such great advice and guidance on what will work. Amy also has helped me with growing my hair from a French bob with bangs to longer layers over this year. I always leave happy and in love with my hair, it's so strong and healthy as well! Thankful to have found Amy!

As my first visit l like to scope the environment. The receptionist at the desk was by far my favorite. She said my hair was beautiful, yet she was the one that breath-taking. If it wasn't for her presence, I may have felt like an odd ball. For my sake, I hope all front line workers here are not only being invested in but given special attention for career growth and advancement. Jesus, please bless her in all her future endeavors and for others to see the unseen attributes of this young lady.

Could not believe how cruel and merciless they were at enforcing their cancellation policy because 4 of my 6 friends showed up for the service. A service that is self applied in a treatment room. Product was arranged only for the four of us who showed up, but because my other two friends did not show up the manager enforced the cancellation fee which was very disheartening for those of us that were there. I could understand if we had taken up the spot or the time for another therapist or service. Fortunately my friends who showed up were lovely and all chipped in to cover the cost.

Tabatha is an incredible multi-talented stylist. I am an actor at the Huntington Theater and was sent by our hair department to prep my hair for a show. (Cut and blow dry and color glaze) It is the best haircut I have had and I wish I lived in Boston to be able to visit her again. Our show was a hit and my hair was complimented by audience members
